Chris Hardwick’s 6th Sketchfest and OMG Terry Jones
January 7, 2010 by poprockcandy · Leave a Comment

1. Have you played Sketchfest before?
This is my sixth year!
2. What was your experience/ are you excited to play for the first time?
Unreal. I got to do a show with Bruce McCulloch, whom I became pals with afterward. As a huge KITH fan, this was quite a big deal to my feeble nerd brain. Also, the SF audiences are PHENOMENAL. Smart, warm…and laughers. I enjoy that in an audience.
3. Who are some of the comics you are most looking forward to seeing?
I don’t think there’s one show I don’t want to see. I’m freaking out a bit over Dick Cavett & Terry Jones, though.

Andy Kindler is by far one of Pop-Rock Candy Mountain’s and my personal favorite comedians. He has this sarcastic, self-deprecating style that makes him truly endearing. He will alternately nail any comic he doesn’t like to the wall faster that you can say hudspah.
Andy can be seen regularly as a correspondent on The Late Show With David Letterman and in the next few weeks will be releasing a new DVD entitled, “I Wish I Was Bitter”. He will also be appearing at SXSW 2009- the details of which we will reveal at a later date.
I recently spoke with Andy about his appearance at SF Sketchfest and his upcoming DVD release.
